At eLuma, I led a full brand refresh to help the company better connect with K–12 school districts and decision-makers in a space that often feels sterile or overly clinical. The challenge? Positioning eLuma as both credible and compassionate—bringing warmth, clarity, and trust to a category that’s rapidly evolving.
I oversaw a holistic update of the brand experience, including a newly designed website, trade show booth environments, sales decks, digital ads, infographics, and educational video content—all aimed at making the value of online therapy easy to understand and even easier to believe in. I partnered with external agencies to write and produce explainer videos that broke down complex offerings in a way that felt both clear and human.
